New Year's Resolutions for 2026

Happy New Year 🎍
This is my New Year's resolutions article. Here is my reflection on last year.
Business
I will continue to address customer needs without being overly ambitious. However, I must keep an eye on changes brought about by AI. I plan to use AI myself to stay updated on primary information.
Since last year's second half, corporate governance has become more structured at the level of publicly listed companies, but cumbersome tasks due to various rules have increased, which I hope to address. I want to eliminate unnecessary things and streamline where possible.
I have a desire to challenge myself with international expansion, but I must avoid recklessly rushing into it just for the sake of challenge. I want to proceed in a lean manner.
Family
As my children have begun to get busy with extracurricular activities and exam preparations, I want to cherish the time we can spend together. I want to respond as much as possible to their whims and indulgences, as the period when they look up to me as their first parent will likely not last long.
Health
I started attending a Pilates gym last November, and I want to continue throughout this year, maintaining a pace of 2-3 times a week. I will also pay attention to my diet. Half of my work time will be spent at a standing desk.
Others
I want to take on various new challenges and enhance the joys of life.
Conclusion
I received a great fortune in my first shrine visit's omikuji (fortune slip) for probably the first time in 15 years! (I usually get a low fortune)
As usual, I will include the message from the fortune.
If you are honest in your heart and do things properly, things will go as you wish.
Free yourself from desires and dedicate yourself to others.
I want to strive to be sincere at all times. It seems that this year will be a good one.
