Reflection on 2023

Time flies, and 2023 is coming to an end.
This year, including this post, I have published 25 articles. A pace of two per month is fantastic!
This is the traditional reflection.

Health
Looking back at my New Year's resolution article, I bought an abdominal roller at the start of the year.
Well, I think I can still do it now. The frequency has decreased, though.
I can now do knee rolls with my body fully extended for about 10 times, so recently I’ve been doing this strange movement where I move forward with the standing roll and then do a push-up before returning.
I don’t feel like I can do a full extension with the standing roll at all (laughs).
Regarding health issues, what I struggle with is unintentionally swallowing a lot of air, leading to air being trapped in my stomach, esophagus, and intestines, causing chronic discomfort.
I’ve thought I had this for about ten years, but recently it has been worsening, and I’m struggling with it.
After researching, it seems to be a case of aerophagia (air swallowing syndrome).
It also seems to be related to autonomic nervous system disturbances, so a friend recommended I try taking morning walks and basking in the morning sun, which I have been trying occasionally.
Even when I consulted with doctors during health check-ups, they didn’t take me seriously, which is tough. I was advised to eat slowly and chew well. (That’s probably not really the issue for me.)
However, my health check results are mostly A (only my vision is C), so overall, I'm healthy.
My vision is 0.9 in the left eye and 0.2 in the right, and I feel I’ve become more prone to eye and shoulder fatigue. I'm seriously considering getting contact lenses.
Personal Development
I wrote in my New Year's resolution that I wanted to engage in game development.
I actually bought a paid course and tried writing various codes, but I couldn't find substantial time to work on it, so I haven't created anything tangible...
Returning to the basics, I've been reflecting on what makes a game enjoyable, and I feel like I’m somewhat finding an answer, though I'm not entirely sure.
English
I completely failed in this area.
I was having English conversations with ChatGPT for a while, but then I stopped.
At this point, it may be faster for an AI to translate immediately than for me to become fluent in English...
Family
Hmm, how should I put it.
I tried to implement what was said immediately, but I only managed to follow through about half the time...
In fact, I just started reading
